MK Contracting Group (MKC Group) handles renovation, construction and mechanical work for homeowners, property managers and businesses across Toronto and the GTA. We act as general contractor and project manager, so one team is responsible from the first drawing to the final walkthrough.
What sets us apart is our own engineering department. The people who prepare your drawings, engineering letters and permit applications work alongside the crews who build, so approvals move faster and the documents match the work. Since 2018 that has covered kitchens, bathrooms, basements, stairs, floors and railings, plus plumbing, HVAC, gas and commercial mechanical systems.
